- Quality is everyone’s business, by assessing how well those services are performing and working in partnership we can develop and promote high quality services together;
- Key principles reflect a partnership approach that is inclusive and supportive of Care Providers, is person-centred, intelligent, supportive, transparent, and proportionate;
- We believe that quality standards are established by supporting and promoting what good care practice looks like;
- Audits are proactive or responsive based on a range of intelligence from different sources, both types of audit are proportionate to the size of the service and the intelligence to hand.
