Practice Development

The Practice Development Team support in all areas of practice development, quality assurance and in planning and implementing new ways of working.

The team work to ensure that the highest standard of social work practice is embedded across the organisation, by providing practice knowledge to social workers and social care practitioners, the organisation, and its partners.

They also support with developing and implementing standards which will lead to a high-performing social work workforce, embracing cultural change and strength-based practice within our community.
