Financial Assessment and Payments

Financial Assessment and Payments is made up of 3 teams.

The Financial Assessment Team carry out financial assessments with customers who will be having chargeable services. This includes all non-residential (home care, day care, respite, supported living, temp. residential, etc.) and residential services.

The Payments Team process purchase orders, pay providers for services and charge the customer their contribution (including full cost customers, admin charges, etc.).

The Direct Payments Team set up Direct Payments, including setting up PFS/EML accounts (bank accounts for Direct Payments) and ordering the cards for customers. They also reconcile customer accounts to ensure that the Direct Payment is being spent in accordance with the support plan.

All three teams have mailboxes and can help with queries from practitioners or customers relating to their area of expertise.
