ASC Learning and Development

The role of ASC Learning and Development is to advise and support with meeting training needs and statutory requirements within adult social care. This includes understanding training needs across all services, procuring quality and accessible training, publicising it to maximise engagement and evaluating its effectiveness in relation to service impact outcomes.
