Administration
The Short Term and Prevention Service has a small team of administrators that provide support to all teams. This includes answering incoming telephone calls, managing incoming and outgoing post, processing incoming referrals, case closures, records management, FOI and SAR, processing new starter requests and raising PO's and invoices.
The Brokerage and Support Team has 2 administrators, supporting the wider team. Examples of support provided include:
- Sending and collecting the post, printing letters for those working virtually;
- Note taking in meetings;
- Organizing team meetings and available rooms;
- Preparing inductions for new starters;
- Completing Duty Rota's;
- Collating wider information for service managers;
- Raising GDPR issues;
- Organizing the PPE;
- Ordering items for the office such as equipment and stationery.
Administrators should use the procedures and guidance on this site as required. The following procedures/guidance may be particularly helpful:

- Transferring a Contact;
- Recording and Keeping Records;
- Providing Information about a Person or Carer.
